These Terms of Use govern your use of the Boaz Leads funnels and matching service. By using the service or submitting a request, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. What Boaz Leads does
Boaz Leads is a matching service: we collect your request and share it with vetted, independent businesses that may be able to fulfill it. The service is free for consumers; participating businesses pay us for matched requests. We are not the provider of the underlying services, we do not employ the providers, and we are not a party to any agreement you enter into with them.
2. Consent to be contacted
When you submit a request and accept the consent checkbox, you expressly authorize Boaz Leads and your matched providers to contact you about your request at the phone number and email you provided — including by phone calls, text messages (SMS), and email, and including through automated dialing systems and prerecorded messages where permitted. This consent applies even if your number is on a federal or state Do-Not-Call registry. Consent is not a condition of purchasing anything; message and data rates may apply; you can revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to texts or contacting us.
3. No professional advice
Nothing on our funnels is legal, medical, financial, insurance, or other professional advice. Matching you with an attorney, care provider, agent, or other professional does not create an attorney-client, provider-patient, or fiduciary relationship with Boaz Leads.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information about yourself and your request, to submit requests only on your own behalf (or with authorization), and not to use bots or automation, scrape the service, probe or disrupt it, submit unlawful content, or include other people's personal data or sensitive details (such as health diagnoses, government IDs, or payment numbers) in free-text answers.
5. Third-party providers
We vet participating businesses, but we do not guarantee their availability, pricing, licensure status at any moment in time, work quality, or conduct. Any quote, engagement, or contract is solely between you and the provider. Verify credentials and terms before hiring anyone.
6. Intellectual property
The funnels, their content, and the Boaz Leads name and branding belong to Boaz Leads or its licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the service for its intended purpose. You keep ownership of the information you submit and grant us the license needed to operate the service as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that you will receive matches, quotes, or any particular outcome.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boaz Leads is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for the acts or omissions of matched providers. Our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD 100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless applicable law gives you the right to a different venue. (Venue and dispute terms are placeholders pending counsel review.)
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the version id and effective date at the top change whenever we do, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions: privacy@boazleads.com.
